I ordered and paid for a dress for my wedding. I recieved an email few days after saying they couldnt make the dress as they had run out of the material needed and i shoukd pick another dress. Well i didnt want another dress so i asked that they refund me my money . So i was left with no dress and £174 short. I didnt hear from them for a few days thrn recieved a short email, alk it said was ok we will refund you. No apology, no confirmation that i woukd recieve my money back. I contacted them asking fot confirmation of this, they replied saying they had refunded me on the 11th april and that it takes between 10 and 20 days for me to recieve it! Ive not revieved my money back or heard from them since after numerous emails! I will be taking legal action. They have basically robbed me, its a lot of money to me. I now have no wedding dress or money!

Utter joke

I have been trying to get an address to return shoddy dress that looked nothing like the picture I'm running out of patience and am about to contact the papers and to as this is so upsetting nobody deserves to be treated like this firstly they say they won't refund then they said they will at the end of the month I had 100%trust in this company but I desperately need an address to return this rubbish as I need my money to replace the dress. I go on holiday abroad to get married at beginning of next month and desperately need the cash back to buy another dress please someone help Vivienne x

I bought 2 Bridesmaid dresses form them and have been trying for 2 weeks to resolve my order issue and obtain a refund but this still hasn’t been processed.

I received two bridesmaid dress however the colour of both is wrong and not what was agreed upon and one dress is completely the wrong size – It was a custom size as the person is pregnant. The main reason I purchase from their was because of the assurances by their customer advisor Joanna made about be able to tailor maternity dresses. However on receiving the dress is was completely wrong and about 5-6 sizes too big. An error on your their side again I have emails confirming her maternity measurements.

I immediately contact after care via email to relate the problem, they offered to alter the dress which I was willing to consider even with it being the wrong colour a my wedding is only a few weeks’ time – however when I asked about how I would return it I didn’t not get a reply for over 1 week – by this time my wedging is getting ever closer and I didn’t believe there was time to return the dress, alter it and get it back to me in the UK. This was all their fault for not replying to your customers email for a week.

I have had to chase for replies to email continuously and feel that you lack any real care for your customers, it seems that once they have your money they simply don’t care.

Their complete lack of customer service has been extremely upsetting and stressful as what should be an exciting and happy time for me as a bride.

WHAT EVER YOU DO DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Once again I formally request a full refund as per my legal rights and expect this to be confirmed and process within the next 24hours

Dress Review

I ordered a dress for my wedding when it came it was not the dress I ordered. It was completely the wrong dress. Wrong colour wrong material it was supposed to be chiffon when arrived it was silk very disappointed. Could you send me a returns form as I wish to receive a full refund thank you. Shocking service I recieved my dress I ordered silver this is clearly THE WRONG COLOUR yet I was told I know there is always a risk with online shopping I was actually fuming now left with a dress that I can't sent back as I'm still waiting on a reply from them after send uncountable emails to them I will never buy online again this has given me no faith in anything. These are scammers! The dress I received looked nothing like the photo and the quality was worse than Primark and was torn! I sent several emails asking for the returns address (this should be given in the packaging in my opinion). They refused several times to give me the address but eventually did (it's in China as this is where the whole company is based). When I sent the dress back (paid £20!) they did not contact me about the refund, so when I emailed them asking how long it would take for my refund, they replied saying it didn't meet their returns policy. I asked what their returns policy was but didn't get any reply after that, meaning that they kept the dress and the money. I eventually got a refund from my bank through a visa dispute but they are complete scammers and do this to a lot of people. My friend who bought the same dress (we were bridesmaids) had the same experience and lost the dress and the money. There's so many 5* reviews that are written in poor broken English (like the emails I received from the company) and I am 100% sure that the company write their own reviews to try to outweigh all the genuine 1* reviews. I have googled my own name which is very rare and I am the only person in the world with this full name, and a lot of reviews for tacky China based clothes companies have appeared online recently with 5*s so they have been using my name to review their own companies! DO NOT USE! IF YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY, JUST PUT IT DOWN THE DRAIN INSTEAD!

I always feel a bit fat, when wearing a wedding dress does not look good. So I search on Google, and found the store's large size wedding evaluation is good, I ordered this large size lace wedding dress. The effect of wearing let me very satisfied, because this word shoulder lace wedding dress covered my arm fat. ordered a bridesmaid dress for a wedding it turned up cheap quality and it dident do up so I emailed them straight away to request a returns label as there is not one in the bag. After several emails they respond with a return address to china which i paid £14 to be sent back. A month has passed now! No refund and they are egnoring my emails. My friend is being treated the same way with her dress. They are disgraceful and the company needs to be closed down.

REFUSE TO REFUND AND LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO ON WEBSITE!

Bought a bridesmaid dress from here. They took more money from my card than they should have. Then when it arrived it was nothing like the photo on the webiste! The quality of the fabric was not what you would expect from an £80 dress! I wouldn't have paid more than £10 if I'd seen it in a shop! A few of us ordered all the same dress but they were all different! It also had a thread pulled in the top layer of fabric. I emailed them as soon as it was delivered to advise of this and requested the returns address for a refund. (There was no piece of paper or receipt in the package like you would usually get with an online purchase). They replied saying it was the Chinese holiday in a few days and would email me after this. They didn't. I emailed them again which was ignored so I sent another with details of The Sales Of Goods Act 1979 and threatened media and small claims. They then replied asking why I wanted to return it so I advised it was because it was nothing like the photo on the website and the quality was not good. They then replied saying that the photo is only a reference and as they're handmade *** they would differ from the photo. Basically telling me to p*ss off! I have now sent them more sections of the Sales Of Goods Act and will give them one more chance to send me the address before I seek further legal advice. Although I have heard that the few people who have been given an address for a return, have then not received a refund after sending the dress!

I ordered a bridal maternity dress which was made to measure plus 5 cm allowed for growing during pregnancy. This was suggested by the Manager! On arrival dress was made 5cm or more bigger all over even in areas that would not necessarily grow with pregnancy. Dress also too long! Dress would not fit and too late to get altered. On request for help/refund by mail to after sales services my emails were ignored completely from the Thursday to the following Wednesday evening as I am writing this complaint. Emails prior to this were answered within 24 hours! Sometimes within an hour! The company mentions in their write up that they are basically on call to assist 24 hours a day as they are an internet company! However, not even a call or email to at least communicate some kind of agreement which is disgraceful considering that it's a 7 day returns policy. Customer services must first agree to an exchange or refund and only then will they disclose an address to send items back. Shockingly disappointing and unprofessional to say the least!

My dress was beautiful. I loved it.

I wear a size UK12. I custom-made it to my measurements and it came way to small.

I had it altered and it looked beutiful. ViviDress.co.uk did cover my alteration costs.

I feel sick after reading good reviews, ordering my dress and now finding so many bad reviews.

I literally cannot sleep at night worrying what my dress is going to be like :(

It is due to arrive next week and if it's what I wanted I will leave good reviews and pictures on all review websites I can to give some REAL positive feedback and not just some the company have posted themselves but somehow I doubt that will happen and I'm already thinking of my plan B!
